What happened to my listing that I placed with Excite Classifieds?
 
Your privacy is very important to us. As you may be aware, the ownership of Exicte.com has recently changed. To protect your privacy, we did not transfer your data from the old classifieds system to the new classifieds system. We regret any inconvenience that this may have caused. Please visit our "Place An Ad" page to add your listing.
 
Add your listing?
 
Go to the "Place An Ad" page. Many of the categories are hosted by Excite Classifieds select partners and the links on the "Place An Ad" page will enable you to register and enter your data thorugh our selected Classifieds partners. Just choose the appropriate category and follow the on-screen prompts and provide the information requested. You'll be asked for specific details about your item for sale. If you like, you can include an email address and phone number using these prompts. If you are adding a listing under a partners' category, follow their instructions to enter your listing.
 
Add a photo to your listing?
 
Many of the categories are hosted by Excite Classifieds select partners. To learn if you can add photos to categories supported by our partners, please click on the appropriate category from the "Place and Ad" page and follow the instructions.
 
Can I Preview My Ad?
 
Many of the categories are hosted by Excite Classifieds select partners and the links on the "Place An Ad" page may enable you to preview your listings through our online partner site. Preview your ad by clicking the Preview ad button after entering the ad information through the Place An Ad process. To learn if you can add photos to categories supported by our partners, please click on the appropriate category from the "Place and Ad" page and follow the instructions.
 
Forget your password?
 
Many of the categories are hosted by Excite Classifieds select partners and the links on the "Place An Ad" or "Edit An Ad" page will enable you to receive your password if it has been forgotten. From the "Place An Ad" page, click on the category of the ad you placed. To learn if you can receive your password from categories supported by our partners, please click on the appropriate category from the "Place and Ad" page and follow the instructions.
 
How do I edit or delete my listing?

Why can't I find my ad?
 
It normally takes up to 24 hours for ads to be uploaded into our partners system—changes to your ads will also take 24 hours. For categories supported by our partners, please see their websites for trouble shooting or exact details regarding the time frame for new ads or changes to existing ads to appear in their listings.
