How do I customize the My Links bar?

To add the personalized My Links bar to your Excite Start Page:

  • Click on the "show" link on the personalization bar at the top of the Excite Start Page.
To hide the personalized My Links bar on your Excite Start Page:

  • Click on the "hide" link on the personalization bar at the top of the Excite Start Page.
To customize the personalized My Links bar on your Excite Start Page:

  1. Click on the "Edit" link at the right side of the My Links bar.
  2. Select a link that you would like to appear on the My Links bar from the choices on the left side of the customization window.
Or

  1. Enter the name and URL of any Web page that you would like to add within the "Create Your Own Links" section.
  2. Click the "Add>>" button to add your customized link to the My Links bar.
  3. Click "Finished" when you have completed adding links to your My Links bar.
To remove a particular link from the My Links bar:

  1. Click on the link that you would like to remove from the list of links on the right side of the customization window to highlight it.
  2. Click the "Remove" button to remove that link from your customized links.
  3. Click "Finished" when you have completed adding links to your My Links bar.
