I'm an Excite user, and I am not receiving email to my Inbox.

It is possible that you have exceeded the storage space in your account. To check your quota, sign into your Excite Email account and click on the "Mail Preferences" link located in the top-right corner of the Inbox Hub. On the following page, click on the link titled, "Storage Disk Space Summary," located under the "Personal" column.

Excite mail accounts currently offer 3 MBs (megabytes) of storage space. This space also includes any items in your Bulk Mail Folder, as well as any saved items in your "Sent" folder, or additional folders you may have created. If you go over the 3 MB storage limit, emails sent to your account will be "bounced" back to the sender until you clear up space.
